The types of information representation which the railway sector is now commonly using is one or two dimensions which is single and abstract, while the office data and business data of the railway sector is significant spatial characteristics. With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the information resources of high-speed railway construction, operation and management is integrated and accumulated continually. The demand of data visualization, simulation, spatial analysis and other aspects of the railway sector is increasing. The several current railway information management tools have some certain limitations in the aspects of utilization,expression efficiency and decision-making support, The High-speed railway three-dimensional scene can provide convenient and intuitive tools to enhance the level of high-speed railway equipment management. Therefore, the research and express of three-dimensional data of high-speed railway is particularly important in the development of railway information technology.This main research work of the paper is research in relationship and expression of spatial data, discussing high-speed railway three-dimensional modeling. Based on the high-speed railway transportation equipment database, by researching the high-speed railway transportation equipment foundation data, to extract the main features of the equipments, as a basis for establishing the foundation high-speed railway equipment model library which contents railway track,bridges,signals,roadbed,culverts,tunnels and other transportation equipment, To build the microscopic railway network framework for the high-speed railway station and interval, to achieve assembly, calibration and expression of the high-speed railway equipment entities.Finally, according to the theory and the methods described in this paper, take Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway for example, combined with high-speed railway spatial data, automatically generate three-dimensional model of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, take advantage of virtual reality technology, to build a particular light, texture, transparency and other real effect of high-speed railway three-dimensional scene. And to achieve the train running simulation to support railway operations management decisions.
