Since beijing won the right to stage the Olympic games in 2001, mass sports in our country has made significant progress, the annual August 8 is set to "National Fitness Day" in 2009, raised the national fitness craze, Fitness has become an essential element in people’s lives. In recent years,leisure fitness TV program begins popular, at the same time such television programs also shoulder the fitnessn humane care and other deep-level responsibilities. The research of the development status and development prospect of "Happy Fitness a bucketful", which is the only fitness and leisure programs in Beijing TV sports channel, to find out the existing problems, and puts forward the feasible proposa. In the course of the study in this paper, tThe audience will get a more comprehensive understanding of "Happy Fitness a bucketful" carrying the humanities connotation,to achieve the public participation, human spirit and both Leisure fitness, and provide recommendations for the development of the feasibility of other domestic leisure fitness column.This study through the literature material law, expert interview and case analysis, to makes a comprehensive analysis on this article, The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Leisure fitness TV programs will help spread the concept of health and develop public health awareness, its features including:teaching and appreciation, interactive and entertaining,fixity audience and broad market.(2) "Happy Fitness a bucketful" as the only fitness and leisure programs in Beijing TV sports channel, always had good ratings and market share, and has formed the unique style characteristic columns.(3) In order to meet the needs of the audience, a new revision in 2010 subverted the traditional leisure fitness TV programs, The program achieves a perfection of form that is quite new, close to the people,established a broad mass base, it’s reference significance for leisure fitness TV programs.(4) Including the current problems:still need to meet the increasing demand for the audience, the choreography is slightly rough, unfavorable broadcast time, no formation of brand development.(5) Through the research, to promote the development of the program from the following four aspects:To meet the different needs of the audience, expanding the audience; implementation of brand building, form the brand development;further innovation,expand the diversity of topics;keep the vitality for a long time, deep mining the characteristics of Beijing.
