From the successful holding of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games to the successful bid of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games in 2022,the Chinese society has launched a nationwide movement of participation in sports.The national fitness program has been widely carried out,and our country has gradually moved from a sports power to a sports power.In this context,fitness oriented entertainment shows emerged and received more and more audiences' interest.From the point of view of communication,this paper studies the reasons for the rise of the sports and entertainment programs in China,the features of the program,the type of program,the content of programs and the ways of communication by using the methods of literature,case analysis and observation.This paper is divided into five chapters,of which the first to the fourth chapter is the key chapter,which is the research focus of this paper.The first chapter mainly expounds the development of fitness and entertainment programs in China,and analyzes and combs the location,reasons,features and concepts of the program.The second chapter mainly studies the types of fitness and entertainment programs in China.According to the content and form of the program,it is divided into three categories,which are indoor interactive fitness entertainment programs,outdoor competitive sports entertainment programs and fitness micro variety.The third chapter mainly analyzes two aspects of fitness and entertainment programs from the perspective of universality and diversity of content elements.The fourth chapter from the perspective of communication channels,from the traditional media and new media two aspects to analyze the dissemination path of fitness and entertainment programs in China.The fifth chapter is the distillation of the full text.Through the study of the first four chapters,we can find out the success of our fitness entertainment programs.The success of the fitness and entertainment programs is not only dependent on the excellent production of the program,the selection of the theme of the times,and the setting of interesting program links.It also relies on the strong support of the production team and the injection of the correct mental ideas.There are two points in the innovation of this article.First,there are more studies on entertainment programs in the academic circles of China,but the research on fitness and entertainment programs is relatively small,so this paper selects the fitness and entertainment programs as the research object.Secondly,most of the researcheson fitness and entertainment programs focus on the research results from the perspective of audience.From different perspectives,this paper not only systematically combs our country's fitness and entertainment programs,but also studies and analyses the types,features,content and communication channels of the program,which will bring some reference value for the future research of fitness and entertainment programs.
