Software talent requirement is growing, but Internet enterprise recruitment is difficult to recruit graduates. The main reason is that the traditional recruitment website has been unable to meet the needs of software professional graduates, such as Chinahr.com, Zhaopin.com, 51 job.com, CareerBuilder. Traditional recruitment lacks of skill-assessment, so it can not measure technical level of software professional graduates, nor effectively help companies recruit the right kind of software professional graduates, nor solve employment difficult phenomenon of graduates with a lack of skills and experience. We need to develop a kind of software which can improve current problem.At first, this study summarizes the development and current situation of network recruitment by literature review, and the related theory of network recruitment, such as asymmetric information and signal transmission and principal-agent. This study uses the approach of literature review, comparison of classification and the empirical study methods to determine the research content, and clarify the practical significance of the system. Traditional recruitment website is classified, according to the different recruitment methods. Then, the thesis studies the comparison of recruitment functional and comparison assessment technique differences of software professional graduates. Based on the analysis on the deficiency of recruitment system, the thesis puts forward recruitment system functions of third-party-assessment.Traditional website function and user experience data collection are from a variety of the literature, newspaper, tencent.com, netease.com, sina.com, IT168 software channels, CNET science and technology, etc. In this study, traditional recruitment system are collected and classified, according to a different way of recruitment. Then traditional recruitment system function is described and analyzed.The research found that traditional recruitment system also provides the talent assessment at present, but it focus on the character and competence. So, it is not very suitable for software professional graduates, and can not meet the needs of software professional graduates. Now, vertical recruitment system emerges, which is used for programmer industry, such as 100 offer and pull hook. However, vertical recruitment system requires the programmer with more than 2 years work experience, offering about 200000 RMB per year, so it is not suitable for recruiting software professional graduates. This study also found that “career” is specifically targeted at the financial professional graduates of vertical recruitment system. It can realize the enterprise and financial professional graduates vertical docking, reach the signal transfer and ensure the quality of the recruitment. As a result, this can also provide reference for recruitment of graduates majoring in software programming.The research put forward android programmer recruitment system for graduates with third-party-assessment. This system innovation is used a third party authority agency for custom test and personalized candidate plan, and realize the Internet enterprise with the vertical docking software professional graduates, first according to programmer job is divided, this is one of the important characteristics of vertical class professional recruitment system. System can help enterprise to test and assess android skill levels of software professional graduates, and the skill assessment result will be feedback to the enterprise, so enterprise more understand android development skills level of graduates. This system solve the enterprise does not understand the software professional graduates skill the asymmetry of information, and improve the quality of the graduates android programmers recruitment.Structure of this system is B/S(Browser/Server), because it can guarantee the android recruitment system of third-party-assessment easy to operate. The System is divided into four categories of important roles. Software professional graduates function includes filling in the resume, job applications, objective questions test, and programming test. The main functions of enterprises include distributing position, setting up the programming examination papers as well as paper management. Reviewer includes participation in the review and management review record. Administrator is divided into four categories. Administrator of review can assign two reviewers for each programming question. Administrator of paper can check all of test papers, including tested paper and untested paper. Administrator of examination question database can insert examination question into database and delete examination question from database. Administrator of scores can check all test scores and print scores of object question paper and programming question paper. Therefore, the system belongs to a larger web application projects, requiring a very complicated expression and logical processing. The problem is how to improve the efficiency of development and enhance the system scalability and maintainability for developing the project. This system is under the framework of Struts2+Hibernate with layered thought for every layer of web applications, providing the sound framework integration. The system minimizes the system coupling of each layer, improves the efficiency of the system as a whole development.The follow-up work of this study mainly includes improvement and perfection of system design, popularization of system, and effective evaluation of system, etc. The evaluation results of application will be used as the basis for further optimizing system.
