The Design And Analysis Of A Real Estat Management Software Based On Struts2+Spring+Hibernate Framework

Management of state-owned real estate is an important part of state-owned assetsmanagement. With the rapid development of society and economy, the economic valuesof the real estate continue to increase. Meanwhile, the uneven distribution of resources,inefficient usage, illegal development and disposal, as well as the loss of state assetsgradually stand out with the improvement of economy. However, it is very difficult tomanage the state-owned real estate due to the existence of its various characteristicssuch as the complexity of historical background, the dispersion of information, theambiguous of ownership and scattered distribution. Therefore, it has become a priorityto use information technology to manage the state-owned real estate resources moreeffectively.This purpose of this study is to develop “management software for organ realestate” which meets the working process of the unit in charge of the government realestate. The key work of the study is to solve a series of problems of current system data,including the unintuitive and poor standardization of the data and information, the lackof humanity of operation process and method, as well as the shortage of correlationbetween data etc. The design of the software will be carried out from the information ofthe land, floors, houses, office buildings, units and files in order to strengthen theorganic link between the data and make its use and organization more consistent withthe actual workflow of the department in charge. Finally, the software will achieve thepurpose to strengthen supervision and improving the working efficiency.Java Web technology system is used to achieve goals in this study. Meanwhile,Myeclipse, MySQL and Tomcat is used as software development platform, softwarebackground database and application server respectively. At the browser-side,Javascript language and Ajax technology is used to deal with the operation and sendasynchronous requests respectively. On the other hand, Struts2framework, Springframework and Hibernate framework were integrated in the Web layer, the businesslogic layer and the persistent layer with JSP pages been treated as presentation layer atthe server side respectively. Through the coordination between the frameworks, the maintainability and scalability of the program can be improved significantly.
