Design And Implementation Of College Graduate Recruitment System Based On Web

Due to people's curiosity and interest in the network,modern science and technology has developed rapidly.According to the analysis of the employment situation in recent years,the traditional method of recruitment is not only inconvenient to implement,but also causes great inconvenience to the employment of university graduates with the influence of time,space,money and other factors.In the meantime,the university graduate recruitment system is developed based on B/S(Browser/Server)model,Struts+Hibernate Framework Technology and uses Java language,Myeclipse development tool,MySQL database as the foundation.In the system implementation process,JSP technology is applied to complete the development of front dynamic pages.By using Struts,the system realizes the separation of view levels and control layers,and the news transferred from front pages to background system is packaged by Form.At the same time,the DAO layer of Hibernate is called by Action to complete the entity class on database table operation.This paper aims to explain the background of college graduates recruitment system,current research status and development significance.This paper mainly describes technologies and development tools used in the system,discusses a series of development processes,including needs analysis,outline design,detailed design and function realization and finally gives part of the core codes of the system functions.College graduates released resume through the system,delivery resume for ideal company.Enterprises can release their recruitment through the system,demand for talent of invite.Provide a good interactive platform for businesses and job seekers.The system is designed to help college graduates with convenient employment and assist the enterprises with direct introduction of talents.What's more,the system is developed to strengthen the association and cooperation between enterprises and schools and train the new era of high-tech talents.The system has completed the initial requirement analysis demands and achieved each module of functions of the system.The system can meet the requirements of enterprises,universities,graduates and other areas of demand,and have good practical significance.
