The Design And Realization Of Online Recruitment System Based On SSH2and AJAX Technology

Due to the development of Internet, people’s trust and dependence on thenetwork are increasing,online job searching become a main way for most peoplewho are searching jobs. Nowadays traditional propaganda and recruitment can notmeet the job-hunter’s need, especially more and more job-hunters spring every years.so, there is a need for us to develop a recruitment management system. Onlinepersonnel recruitment management system has features of a wide range, largeamount of information, may be room for a large selection, effective recruitment, lowcost and low operating costs, easy retrieval for user, less geographical restrictions.So it is recognized by more and more job-hunters and companies.The system uses SSH2and Ajax framework separate the code which deal withlogic and the code which deal with the demonstration in the front end, improvedmaintainability. Persistence layer use hibernate framework, which use ORM tocontrol the tables of the database, made the tables in database object-oriented, so it iseasy to control. Backstage supporter use MySQL database, this database is small,open-source and free, so it is the first choice for SME. On page display area, thewebsite use AJAX technology, which is now popular used by WEB2.0improves theresponse time for users. The website runs under the Linux operating system.The results of this system’s test prove that the system do good for the need ofemployees and employers, and it also achieves the expected goals of the system’sdesign on the beginning.
