The Design Of Ebay Enterprise Recruitment System And The Implementation Of Online Application Module

As the rapid development of eBay COE, its requirement for talents is growing rapidly. Recruiters couldn't use the ineffective and complicated way to deal with resumes, cause they use email to receive talents'resumes. Once there're too many resumes, recruiters can't work effectively and will delay the recruiting process of the whole company. How to deal with the growing requirement for talents and help the enterprise get talents in a simple and effective way, is a problem needed to be solved. This paper will discuss it.Therefore, this paper studies some IT enterprises home and abroad that may face the same problem, concludes the solutions they use, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of these solutions and give a solution to use enterprise recruitment system(EERS system) in company based on the specific requirement of eBay COE.EERS system has five function modules:resume delivering module, resume management module, position management module, problem base management module and interview management module. I take part in the analysis, design and implementation process of resume delivering module, as well as the design process of database and architecture. According to the specific requirement, considering resume delivering module is the core of the system, as well as the availability, maintainability, reusability and extendibility of the system, combined with the study of technical framework, this paper chooses to use the development framework of Struts and Hibernate based on J2EE. EERS system has presentation layer, business logic layer, service layer, data persistence layer and domain model layer. The domain model layer crosses the other four layers.The design of EERS system is object-oriented. The presentation layer and layers below it are seperated, so are the view layer, model layer and control layer in the presentation layer. The system has good extendibility. It can adapt the functional expansion of the system in actual operation. The system can be applied in many enterprises and supply enterprises with light-weight recruitment process solutions.
