Tianjin Reservoir Resettlement Support Management Information System Design

Since the establishment of the city bureau immigration office, reservoirresettlement work is responsible for the work of government support to resettlementsof more than110000migrants in Tianjin area, working long stay in the hand statistics,paper documents preservation stage, the immigration-related data collected by thedistrict immigration agency personnel, the immigration changing data was transferredto the immigration office through the message delivery in the bureau intranet, thencollected by the bureau staff, using manual methods to make query and statisticalreports, big workload, low efficiency, poor timeliness, obviously behind thedevelopment of the digital city and smart city. Therefore, in this paper, throughbuilding Tianjin reservoir resettlement support management information system, toresolve the current problems in Tianjin reservoir resettlement late-stage support work.This thesis is based on the software development and practical application ofTianjin reservoir resettlement support management information system, starting fromrequirements analysis to summarize the main business processes are based on actualwork, as well as for system technical requirements and functional requirements; Onthis basis, through the analysis of business processes and business processing method,completes the detailed design of system workflow, determines the structural design ofthe database table; Using object-oriented method to complete the design of systemarchitecture, forms a relatively complete set of functions of information managementsystem.This system includes nine subsystems：geographic information management（GIM）, immigration basic data management（IBDM）, plan management（PM）,fund management（FM）, meta-analysis, statistical reports, integrated management,immigration petition and system management, can achieve all the functions of Tianjinreservoir resettlement support management work. System uses WebGIS technologyshowcase and query immigration information, and realizes the remote dataexchanging with the National Center through the data exchange and synchronizationsystem, using smart mobile handheld devices in the project site for real-time information collection and remote transmission, promotes the further development ofinformation work in the Tianjin reservoir resettlement management.System to achieve results shows: Tianjin reservoir resettlement supportmanagement information system is an important tool for the Tianjin reservoirresettlement management work to achieve modernization and information, it changesthe working present situation that related work are all made of artificial collection,recording, sorting and statistics, it solves the heavy workload, low efficiency problem,playing a decisive role in the Tianjin reservoir resettlement support managementwork.
