The Research And Key Technology Of Hunan Reservoir Resettlement Information Management System

As the proposing of "Project Jinshui" by our country, the pace of the construction ofChinese water conservation information is strengthen and reservoir resettlement is thepopulation of the moving crowd which is unavoidable in the process of national waterconservancy and hydropower construction. At present the management work of our country’sreservoir resettlement is mostly in the paper way and this way has not qualified for therequirements of the reservoir resettlement work and tasks because of its low efficiency,difficult to keep the accuracy and unity of information. Based on the present situation ofreservoir resettlement management, this paper uses network and GIS technology to build GISreservoir resettlement information management system based on network. It describes WebGIS, ASP.NET, SQL Server and ADO.NET technology which are used in the developmentprocess and detail analyses the requirements of immigration information management systemand designs the main space data and attribute data structure in this system including spatialdata saved in SQL Server database through the ArcSDE spatial data storage engines andattribute data storage in the SQL Server database. The main function modules of the systemsuch as map module operation, foundation information management subsystem, projectmanagement subsystem are designed and implemented in this paper and it sets up service,middle and customer the three layer application of B/S structure system including spacedatabase management engine for foundation, SQL Server database for the bottom.This paper also analyses in detail and put forward the corresponding solutions for the keytechnology in the research and development of the system.(1)The batch update on the webpage, it introduces the conventional method for GridView batch update and analyzes itsshortcomings and the insufficiency and puts forward a new batch of regular update based onimproving methods.(2) The research of the data of Excel import database, it detail studies thepossible exception of Excel table into the database in view of the different anomaliescorresponding exception handling methods.(3)The data update across the years, it shows theyear data updated to step all sorts of means and in view of the different data updating ways toput forward the corresponding database updating ways.(4) Accessing database from the map,this paper expounds how to get the layer elements from the map and analyzes the process thathow to access the SQL Server database from the map.
