| Mineral resources are non-renewable resources formed by natural minerals under certain geological conditions through certain geological processes.They play an important role in human production and life and occupy an irreplaceable position.Metal and non-metal mining industry is one of the high-risk industries.Hebei Province has carried out the establishment and evaluation of safety standardization for metal and non-metal mines.This paper starts from the standardization assessment of safety technical service agencies and focuses on the safety production industry standard “Standardized Specification of Work Safety for Metal and Nonmetal Mines”,based on geographic information system,using GIS software technology,ASP.NET language,SQL SERVER database and other information technology to develop a "Mine Safety Standardization Office System Based on WebGIS".Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,current situation and significance of the subject,briefly introduces the relevant environment and technology used in system development,including WEBGIS,ASP.NET,SQL SERVER,and gives the research route and method of this paper.Then combined with the actual situation of safety standardization assessment of metal and non-metal mines in Hebei Province,the feasibility analysis of system development has been carried out,including economic feasibility,technical feasibility,operational feasibility and development feasibility.The development mode of the system is discussed,and the detailed design is carried out,including conceptual design,logical design module division and so on.Then the function modules of the system are realized by using the related technology synthetically.The main functions include: mine management,establishment and maintenance of mine enterprise information and personnel information;scoring management,scoring and grade determining of mine safety standardization evaluation;mine photo management,summary of mine site exploration data;report management,preparation and export of standardized assessment reports;map information management: mine location and related data viewing and management.And then the function modules of the system are tested to make sure it satisfies the need of safety technical service organization for mine safety standardization assessment workflow. |
