Therefore, it is important to deal with these data scientifically and effectively, but the traditional way of immigration is to deal with most of the work, including the basic information of the immigrant population, the map information, and so on, the work efficiency is very low, and it is easy to produce all kinds of problems, which is not conducive to the smooth and efficient implementation of immigration work. At present, scientific and reasonable way is to combine the computer network and GIS(Information System Geographic) developed a set of management information system can effectively manage. In Jiangxi Province, a reservoir immigration is based on the research and development of a management information system, it is proved that this system can bring great convenience to the reservoir resettlement work in Jiangxi, greatly improving the work efficiency, the maximum degree of reduction of the immigration process in question.The goal of this project is to study the reservoir resettlement Web GIS Research and Implementation of Management Information System Based on. Including the view layer : combine openlayer completed using jsp page design; model layer: javabean technology java code reuse; database storage layer: Mysql database design data model and implement various data between the main table and their interrelated design. Reception use openlayers to implement GIS module, the background using Spring, Hibernate, struts to complete population information management module, database using Mysql. The main topic of the traditional management system, based on an appropriate increase in independent GIS module. For part of the management system, the use of the popular Java language and three frameworks, and GIS module, using a openlayer + geoserver simple operation to achieve some maps, such as zoom, query and other functions.
