The Data Platform for City Card is a kind of information management systemusing of the background software system to manage and clearing and liquid data fromcard. The system uses a large computer network system as the platform, usingintegrated circuit cards to store personal information, and using the POS terminalequipment to process and store the information of consumption data. City Cardsystem is mainly applied in the city utility charges and operations management,including buses, subways, taxis, bicycles, utilities and parks. As an important part ofthe construction of the "smart city", establishing the system scientifically, sound andsafe and applying it to the many social aspects can promote the integration ofresources from different areas, improve the satisfaction of the people.Accompanied by sustained economic growth in China, developed economicregions, such as the Bohai Rim, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, show theconvergence trend of regional economic integration. At the same time, China’s varioustypes of rapid transit accelerate the construction of inter-city transportation system,making more intensive personnel exchanges. City Card Interconnection betweendifferent cities becomes the trend of the future development.According to the state of development of city card area, including thetechnological state and market situation, this thesis proposed a solution to achieve theCity Cards Interconnection between different cites. In order to protect the the CityCard interconnection development needs and the development interests of the industry,Center–regional-center system construction mode can ensure the system followssame standards, consumer transaction process transaction is safe and reliable. Red Hatoperating system is used to the builded system, Oracle10g database is chosen. Andthis systems uses C++to develop background programs, and use J2EE developmentto develop management platform interface. Finally, the management platform of thissystem is used to show the result of the system.
