To ensure that the system after the completion of the construction is practical, compatibility and scalability, to adapt to the change in management mode of electric power marketing; friendly interface, the terminology standard, simple operation, easy to use.In this paper, design and development process of "one power supply bureau power marketing system" in detail, puts forward the design development and implementation of "a deployment of power marketing system" of the complete solution.Finally, the function, business process, comprehensive test on the system, find out the defects and repair system, the purpose is the system can well meet the need of electric power marketing.
