With the increasing fierce competition of publishing industry as well as under theinfluence of internet technology, enterprises gradually set higher demands on cost saving,expanding the scope of the sales and objects. What’s more, the distribution channels and waysare both in a need to be improved. By mainly taking use of J2EE technology, this thesis usespress regional distribution management system to regulate publishing house’s management ondistribution channels.As to this, this thesis by mainly taking a press as an example determines the businessprocess of book distribution management in press through analysis of press distribution model.In addition, functional requirements of the distribution system in press are also determined.Besides this, the researcher carried out study on enterprise press’ distribution managementsystem from the following three aspects as customer order management, purchasingmanagement, gain distribution, wholesale, return management, financial management andcomprehensive analysis of purchase-sell-stock management system. At the same time, theconcrete implementation of system on enterprise is also studied. In the end, the test shows thatpress distribution management system studied in this thesis runs stably with use of eachprocess and functional module being achieved, thus reaching the desired effect.The press regional distribution management system studied in this thesis organicallycombined the suppliers and dealers together via internet, thus providing a new model forbusiness operation and cooperation with trading partners in various regional marketing center.Suppliers, branches and dealers are able to present real-time business documents, queryproduct supply and inventory status as well as gain market, sales information and customersupports. In this case, the end-to-end supply chain management among suppliers, branchesand dealers can be achieved, thus effectively shortened the supply and marketing chain.
