With the continuous growth of book circulation,publishing houses are facing more and more pressure of publishing management.The traditional management methods have been unable to meet the increasing demand of publishing management,which restricts the further development of publishing industry.With the development of information technology,especially Internet technology,information management has been successfully applied in many industries,which has played a huge role in promoting the further development of the industry.In recent years,some large publishing groups have begun to use information management technology in book distribution business,in order to further improve the efficiency of book distribution management and reduce management costs.In order to adapt to the change of the business model of book distribution in the Internet era,a comprehensive book distribution Department of a publishing house intends to improve the management level of book distribution by adopting Internet technology and redefining the business process of book distribution,further expand the scope of business,reduce costs and increase profits.For this reason,a development plan is put forward.A book distribution management system.This thesis deeply analyses the design and implementation of the whole cloud gene information book distribution management system.Through UML,it completes the design of four modules: basic data management,book distribution management,copyright contract management and distribution decision analysis and management function.It uses SQL Server 2012 to design the working sequence diagram and workflow diagram.The database technology realizes the construction of the database.JAVAEE architecture technology is selected to design the whole system architecture.This thesis analyses the characteristics of domestic and foreign book distribution management system and user characteristics,extracts the requirements of the system,makes overall planning of the system,and completes the requirement analysis of the core functions of the system.The functional modules of the system are divided and designed.In the design of each functional module,the functional structure diagram,workflow diagram and working sequence diagram are completed.According to the design of functional modules,the overall E-R diagram of the database of the thesis system is designed,and the corresponding data table structure is designed.Finally,the four functional modules are implemented and tested.According to the results,the management system and performance indicators of the cloud-based information book issuance and management system are in line with the current management needs.The whole system can effectively remedy some shortcomings of traditional management methods,that is,to solve the problem of improper matching of operation rhythm and internal resources,and to adjust inappropriately and lagging behind.It can further develop and apply the basic data and Book Distribution in a more scientific management company so as to avoid the idleness and waste of resources.At the same time,it also brings great convenience to managers,improves the efficiency of book distribution and achieves higher profits.
