Planning And Analysis Gathered In Taizhou Bay District Land Resources Management System

In response to the Ministry of Land and Resources’twelfth five-year plan of land resources standardization development, the land and resources management departments of Taizhou city need urgently to construct a standard system, taking advantage of information technology, by which we could change management functions, innovate regulatory approach, improve management efficiency and service level.Taking the example of circular economic industrial clustering zone of Taizhou Bay, this paper designs and analyzes the land resources management information system with a core database of "one map". It helps to grasp the information and dynamic changes of land resources directly, comprehensively, and accurately, and forms a new model of integrative scientific online management. Based on the analysis of the present situation of information development of land resources domestic and abroad, this paper offers comprehensive planning of the land resources system and detailed analysis of the system framework as well as subsystems of "one map" land resources comprehensive management system supported by "one map" database along with computer network technology, data sharing and exchange technology and GIS technology, and this research fulfills the expected purpose. The main research and results are as follows:(1) Give detained plan of the land resources management system of clustering zone of Taizhou Bay, based on the system platform theory, to definite the service demand of the system.(2) Discuss the design principle of the spatial data and attribute data, and design the basic database and management database using relational database theory to provide complete data service for the system.(3) Analyze the land resources management system of the clustering zone of Taizhou Bay according to the information-based standard system, and realize office network of land resources management through the combination of GIS technology and office automation technology.(4) Introduce the system as well as the procedure design of each functional module in detail, and design the system user interface to guarantee correction and feasibility of the system design and implementation.
