Design & Implementation Of Mineral Resource Management System For Binhai Bureaux Of Land&Resources

With the development of modern technology, the requirements to transmission efficiency and communication accessibility enhances unceasingly when information spread to each other. Coastal Municipal Land and Resources Bureau's mineral resources management service is growing too. Mineral resources information management network application management has become an inevitable trend of development. Otherwise, with the development of the economy and working rhythm speeding up, developing a set of mineral resources management system to adapt the business processes of Coastal Land Resource Bureau is becoming urgent. With the advanced information technology as the carrier, the system can collect all kinds of mineral resources information fast and accurately and deal with mineral resources information in work, which can meet the needs of Land Resource Bureau preferably.I have analyzed he business needs of mineral resources management system and participated in the development work of module system, at the same time, taken part in the outline design module and the late system maintenance work. This system is used at various levels of mineral resources registration and management agencies,mining enterprises and mining exploration work units that need handle mineral resources registration and so on.This paper briefly introduced the main problems that the system needs to solve; mainly expounded the target of system,the design principle,system structure and system function module. Through analyzing the existing network interconnection technology and the present situation of mineral resources, we put forward the solution mode of mineral resources management system.At the same time, through searching Web service technology based on the J2EE platform, we finally realize the system.The system design and development follow the relevant regulations of《mineral resources registration and statistics management measures》(Article 23 order of Ministry of Land and Resources) and《on mineral resources registration reserves notice》(the Ministry of Land and Resources [2004] no.35) strictly. What's more, we consider fully the deployment and the implementation of the system in Coastal Land Resource Bureau of mineral resources management. Based on the "mineral resources reserves registration statement and filling explanation", according to the style of registration statement, the system can provide data entry, editor/browsing function and so on. The mineral resources management can be deployed to grass-roots management departments at all levels, through the basic and data provided by (with) report from grassroots, realizing mineral resources registration data exchange reserves and integration.
