Research And Development Of Land&Resources Management Information System

The establishment of Zhuhai land&resources management information system is an important step in advancing land resources management. Based on the system development and the system implementation.The current application of geographic information system in field of government agencies is introduced. By researching on the application condition of information system that integrates GIS and OA in departments of land planning and management and the design of these systems a schema of system development is put forward which adopts Oracle database and spatial data engine Oracle Spatial to administer huge data, and use Visual Basic for Applications to develop GIS application according to the detailed destination of Zhuhai land & resources management.The working principle of Oracle spatial data and the basic idea of Geodatabase organizing spatial data is expatiated. We establish spatial database according to partitioned space allocation and classed logical allocation.By researching on the application of workflow technology, it is used to define flow according to the operation disposal. We define the least unit as a tache that describes a practical operation. The administrators can define flows and flow routes again without the system developer. And this can realize office automation better.Research on the authority defining and management is conducted. The system adopts the mechanism of right management based on "user-role-function". This authority system can greatly enhance the practicability and security of entire system.These results of the dissertation not only adopt this information system but is also useful for homothetic systems.
