With the rapid development of China's economic construction and unceasing reform of land use system and mineral resources management system, as an important basic resource a country and a nation living by, it is inevitable that taking scientific, efficient management to realize land resources management modernization and promote land resources industry development. Information management is the most significant and effective approach to promote and achieve normative, scientific, detailed land resources management. On the basis of present level of informationization, integration and monitoring of land resources spatial data from surface to ground is achieved by studying the construction of spatial integration of land resources database with the help of"one map"project.Gradually introduced as the Ministry of Land and Resources, "a map " project, quite a few subjects began to study the spatial/non-spatial integration model and structural of database. On the basis of predecessors,this paper discussed the principle and the step of the integration to construct the storehouse, has made the overall design to the spatial data various essential factors' classification and the storage, and self-designed experiment platform and slice algorithm has been used to complete the entire Sichuan foundation topographic diagram and the satellite image under 17 level of catalog divisions and splicing. The experiment platform which used the WGS 1984 Web Mercator projection, has realized the network-based dynamic tracking of surface units from "the interest spot" to "a specific tile". At the same time, the underground geological spatial data management and display are also discussed in depth. The inference algorithm based on resembled the triangular prism voxel and the high accuracy controls the boundary has carried on the three dimensional modelling and the visualization in the mineral resource reserve management and the mine surface subsidence aspect, and realized the section plane analysis, the stratum analysis, the geologic body grid and the ore body reserves analysis, mining simulation and typical geology process simulation, and other functions.The research indicated that network-based surface\underground spatial data integration will not only improve the use of all kinds of land and resources data, is also the premise of land and resources to achieve truly "intensive cultivation" and "dynamic supervision".
