Research On The Construction Of Modern Radio And Television Media Discourse System

The rapid development of new media and the trend of globalization has changedthe original ecology of communication, the media should adapt to the changes,construct and develop the modern communication system. The Eighteenth NationalCongress of the CPC proposed "to construct and develop the modern communicationsystem and improve the ability of communication" as the major task of media industry,and improve the ability of communication is to improve the right of speech in domesticand international. This paper has divided into five parts to discuss the theory of modernradio and TV communication discourse system and its expression, the construction of itsbody and platform.The first part discussed the media discourse power and discourse system. It mainlyexplains the theory and researches about the media discourse and modern radio andtelevision communication discourse system. And it analyzed the features of modernradio and television communication discourse system via these aspects of content,technology, management and the propagation force.The second part is the aim of theconstruction of modern radio and television discourse system. There are three mainpoints: the reconstruction of the new order of the international public opinion, theestablishment of media’s credibility, the domination of media’s discourse right. Itmainly draws some outstanding domestic and international cases as experiences,including series of reports named "gograssroots" by CCTV and the road of reform byCNN.The third part is the expression of modern radio and television, which is a speechfield in multi voices. In the context of globalization, modern radio and television has animportant mission to spread the Chinese civilization, to show Chinese voice, and toshape the image of the state. But how to use the theme、style and tone of the discourseto attract the audience’s interest, and how to find Chinese discourse space in the worldare what we must to consider for the moment that can correctly express the Chinese voice in international communication. Mainly discusses from three aspects, which arethe expression of theme: isomorphic local context and the universal value of symbiotic;expression style: self-confidence from world discourse to Chinese expressions.Expression of emotion: Chinese culture and national sense.The fourth part, thecommunication system of modern radio and television discourse subject is a variety offorces converge.
