Driven by the influence of globalization of economy and culture,the pattern of international communication has been under a dynamic evolution and this area of study increasingly cause attention and interest from the scholars and practitioners.Traditional theories are adapted by the Internet and social networks forms a new topic of Sharing Economy.On one hand,new emerging countries,who is capable of international competitiveness like China and Russia,leads an evolution on reshaping a new map of the global communication territory.On the other hand,the domestic market is regarded profitably and the industry upgrades in a soaring speed under the hand of the influence of global capital.The development of media economics also bring out our cultural confidence.The prosperity of Chinese cultural industry also enhance our positive integration into the international market.However,the situation of international communication is still full of dualism.It is self-evidence that globalization and information society help the prosperity of modern media industry,while they also has already broken the boundaries of conventional theories of communication studies.Besides,the Matthew Effect makes information sovereignty as unsettled agenda,along with the increasingly sharp safe problem of information.There are another controversial issues like mass media build audience's cognition competence of pseudo reality with deviation,the by-products of new media technology like information surplus and lost of citizen's identity,etc.Based on the complicated environment,we keep enhance our international communication ability from building up a matrix of international TV channels to explore the international market for content distribution.We will be focus on the practical reconstruction of Chinese TV's soft-power and international competitiveness.As the key role and main-force of mass media in the domain of international communication,television's impact difference can be studied under the analysis in content and access along with the final goal of proposing a tangible approach of solving real problem and bottlenecks.By research on the international impact of Chinese television,it is clear to figure out that Chinese TV industry started late by comparing with those developed countries such as the United States,and the international communication skill is our weakness..But after studying on those theories of cultural discount,information-select probability,two-step flow,etc.this research comes out a formula of regional impact of Chinese television in the international market by case-studying of SMG's international distribution practice.By comparing with the first-tier of media giants from the United States,UK and other Asian countries,this paper is to explain the reasons and find out those key factors which is important to international communication.Then the proposal of improving the international impact of Chinese TV will be concluded as two main method: Creating universal-travelling content from the international distribution purposes,and taking advantage of local channels to launch content products instead of directly setting international channels under the misunderstanding of global concept.
