On The Research Of Theassessment Of The Modern Radio And Television Communication System

With the development of the digital and internet techniques,the modern communication has broadened and ungraded both its connotation andextension unprecedentedly, moreover, the booming of various types of newly emergedbroadcasting medias also provides the modern communication a looming future. In thepattern of global communication, the cultural influences of a certain country isdetermined not only by its own ideological contents, but also its communicationcapabilities as well as its discourse power. Under this brand-new media environmentand communication pattern, it is a urgent quest for the next few decades to build anddevelop a modern communication system and enhance the national discourse power.Meanwhile, we should set up a scientific and complete assessment system of moderncommunication so as to supervise and assess the development level andcommunicational capabilities of the modern communications.
