In recent years, thermal power is the main form of our country power generation.With the increasing need for coal, thermal power companies face more challenges, such asincreasing fuel costs, small profit margins. Fluctuations in coal prices continued situation,further harmonization and standardization are needed for purchasing management. Needscientific and rational analysis methods to be used in power plants coal procurementstrategies to help thermal power companies get a good efficiency and healthydevelopment.In consideration of the status, features, process of coal purchases of coal-firedpower companies, research points out existing procurement proble ms, researchpresents a comprehensive standardized evaluation procurement system. Develop areasonable solution vendor selection, procurement optimal allocation of coal firedprocurement system. Considering the accuracy of the evaluation results, the systemuses historical enterprise-level purchasing data to determine the supplier evaluationsystem and the index weight. After the procurement program and basic informationinput, AHP and entropy calculation method is used to determine the supplier weights,method based on TOPSIS ideal solution is used to determine supplier ranking.According to the supplier weights, combined with the practical requirements of theprocurement of coal-fired power plants, the use of linear programming model issolved. After solving the vendor rankings, purchase coal allocation results back to dobusiness reference. System also chases the coming coal, analysis the quality ofexisting coal in time.The experimental results show that supplier ranking factor is in line with theactual purchase transaction volume. The purchasing system achieve the designedfunctions. Prerequis ites for accuracy and stability, try to increase the operability ofthe system. The system has a great improvement on development, openness forfurther the coal-fired power procurement optimization.
