With the development of my country’s information technology and social economy,the manufacturing industry continues to transform and upgrade.The traditional production management model no longer meets the needs of development.Informatization and intelligence have gradually become new production management elements in the manufacturing industry.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises need to improve their scientific decision-making ability in terms of research and development,production,procurement,and marketing to improve economic benefits.Among them,whether the procurement decision is reasonable is an important factor in reducing costs,and the level of procurement has key practical significance for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve breakthrough development.Therefore,combining information technology to provide enterprises with modern and scientific The purchasing decision has a practical guiding effect on the production and operation of the enterprise.This paper takes the glass curtain wall manufacturing enterprise as the research object,starts from the actual needs of the enterprise,and based on theoretical research,studies the integrated decision-making model and plan formulation of the manufacturing enterprise from supplier selection to cost analysis.Finally,combined with the theoretical research results,A case-oriented enterprise-oriented procurement optimization decision support system is developed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The manufacturing characteristics and procurement process of the case company were studied,and the research status at home and abroad in four aspects of procurement,multi-objective optimization key theory,cloud service provider combination optimization and order optimization decision-making was expounded and analyzed,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper Base.(2)According to the analysis of cloud service provider portfolio optimization,a set of evaluation index system considering non-functional attributes is constructed,and a mathematical model for cloud service provider selection is established based on four evaluation indexes: time,cost,reliability,and flexibility,studied an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,introduced reverse learning strategy,neighborhood search and tabu search algorithm,increased the diversity of initial solutions and improved the local search ability of the algorithm,and obtained the optimal supply after solving The business combination scheme is reserved,and the alternative scheme is reserved to meet the individual needs of the enterprise.The effectiveness of the solution algorithm proposed in this paper is verified by the enterprise example.(3)Combining the enterprise production plan and the bill of materials,aiming at the problem of material demand overlap,divide the material demand in units of days to obtain the demand period,establish a model to decompose and reorganize the demand period,so that the division of material demand fits the actual production And to ensure the normal supply of materials,on the premise of determining the supplier and material demand plan,with the optimization goal of minimizing the cost,establish an order optimization model,design the solution steps,and conduct example verification to obtain the best order plan.(4)On the basis of previous theoretical,model and method research,combined with the actual needs of the case company,a set of procurement decision support system was developed,which systematically integrated the construction of supplier index system,cloud service supplier selection,The entire system of material requirements planning,order optimization decision making and procurement cost budgeting.
