Ultra high pressure water jet technology is a new technology that developed rapidly in recent decades.Nowadays, there is no find complete testing system of ultra high pressure water jet in our country.Testing the important parameters and their correlations of Ultra high pressure water jet cutting system is helpful to the theoretical study of products performance and design and factory examination, and it is useful to improve the product quality and safety, reduce the production cost and repair cost, extend the product life.In this paper,Design and construct computer test system of ultra high pressure by virtual instrument using pressure sensor, temperature sensor, strain gauge, accelerometer, signal conditioning module, data acquisition card and so on.Testing system of ultra high pressure is developed in Windows XP operating system with LabVIEW8.5,including parameters settings, data acquisition, data display, data processing and analysis and data management.Network communication using virtual instruments is implemented and the data remote transmission is developed by DataSocket technology. This paper chooses Ultra high pressure systems that made by Nanjing DARDI INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION as experimental objects. The research results indicate that Ultra high pressure testing system using virtual instrument can increase the accuracy and efficiency of the testing, can design the measurcment and control system interface more friendly. This measuring system can measure data of different types of Machines through parameters settings, and can make correlative theoretical analysis, data acquisition, data storage and playback easily.Data remote transmission was realized using network communication function.
