Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) has been widely used in electronic commerce, the network teaching and the Network Office and so on. In view of the network office system's characteristic under university environment, this article combine the CSCW technology and Workflow theory, using the process model based on activity network and Petri net to describing and modeling to the work flow and designing and realzing the Cooperative OA management system based on CSCW and the network.Based on the analysis of CSCW technology and Workflow theory, this paper combines the technology of CSCW and Workflow, build up the model and the structure of the the Cooperative OA management system.Through analyzing the requirements of the OA system under the college environment, this paper proposed the main functions and the designing principles of the Cooperative OA management system, and designed the system's architecture and functional model. Taking the work flow of the Cooperative OA management system as example, the paper analyzes the operation process and data flows, using the process model based on activity network and Petri net to description and modeling to the work flow, programming and realizing the main function modules by ASP technology.Finally,testing the availability and safety to the system.The designing and applying of this system realize the college OA turning from low and traditional manual mode to digital,networking and highly compositive, improve the utilization of the resource and make the different regional administrative personnel,the teachers and students through the network for the real-time and high efficient office, and improving the efficiency and quality of daily work.
