China Mobile M’s logistics management information system as the company’s "thirdprofit source" for the development and expansion of enterprises has injected fresh vitality. Thesystem is included third-party logistics information management system, the system involveswarehousing operations management, transport and stowage management module. However,China Mobile’s product life cycle is short, species complex, a number of production units andother factors, determine the product stream will inevitably produce large amounts ofinformation.This paper describes the status of the use of M’s existing logistics managementinformation systems, network architecture and implementation techniques used to analyze thecompany’s internal logistics processes, discussed the system in communication andinformation sharing between modules existing problems. Then according to the actual needsof logistics management, information transparency and collaborative study of the optimizationprinciples venture, summed up enterprises in the procurement, storage, distribution, recyclingand other aspects of the optimization goals, through the use of computer technology,communication technology, network technical and other means, proposed the use oftwo-dimensional code information technology management logistics system optimizationprogram, the realization of the logistics decisions, business processes, personnel managementand other aspects of full information, to optimize the logistics management informationsystem. Finally, this paper socket, two-dimensional code technology in the Eclipsedevelopment platform, the company’s internal logistics chain for M problems wereprogrammed to optimize the design and practical implementation.This project successfully started a new addition to the requirements of logisticsmanagement information system for the M company provides reliable storage terminalsoftware support to solve the M’s move out of the library and check disk data managementissues, was well received M’s logistics supervisor.This paper finished the following work.1. Research related theories and key technologies Theory elaborates the general theory and the concept of logistics managementinformation system. Key technologies introduced two-dimensional code has to use, lowproduction costs and the advantages of a wide range of applications, analysis of thetwo-dimensional code technology and client/server architecture technology advantages inlogistics management.2. Demand Optimization System AnalysisInvestigated the status quo M’s logistics management operations, analyzes the originalmodular logistics management information system problems, namely because the datacollection is not comprehensive and timely items caused by the various departments can noteffectively share logistics information, and information systems lack of communication andlinkages between the various modules. Then introduced the transparency of information andcollaborative optimization principle M’s proposed summed procurement, warehousing,distribution, recycling and other aspects of the optimization requirements. According to theseproblems and requirements, this paper presents two-dimensional code optimization techniques,and examine the possibility of using two-dimensional code technology in all aspects ofoptimization.3. Optimizing design and implementation of the systemAfter the two-dimensional code technology optimization idea is to use a smart phone toscan items posted outside the box two-dimensional code, reading becomes a text message, theuse of technology to communicate with the server socket, and with the back-end database fordata exchange. Optimize the system as a subsystem of the original information systems,including mobile clients, servers, communications, database management background of threenew modules. These three modules are realized on the Eclipse platform: two-dimensionalcode calling Java mobile client library to achieve the two-dimensional code reader, call thephone socket library to communicate with the server using MySQL queries, updates, etc.recorded statement received text messages.
