The Research Of Modern Logistics Information System

In an enterprise, especially in a processing factory, logistics management plays an important role. Developing Management Information System of logistics management for transport industry is the need of improving management level and efficiency, and it is one of the important sub-system of ERP project of transport industry.This system is to develop a set of modern logistics information software with relatively perfect functions for zhongyuan corporation, and to adapt the requirement of logistics enterprise development and enterprise develop. The paper expounds the design and realization of object-oriented modern information system based on three layer C/S , and the author has discussed the characteristics, the role and some primary theoretical questions. introduction about the logistics definition to show differences by comparing old logistics with compound logistics, prospect of the logistics future, it is important to know logistics before developing a management system;introduction about the three-layer C/S model, Which is adopted by the logistics management information system; division of the logistics MIS Functions using object-oriented ideas and techniques, the management system consists of four main Modules which have both commonness and individuality, and introduce every part in details; Besides the retrospection and survey of MIS nowadays, the paper makes an objective outlook of MIS development in the future. The design of the system is reasonable and efficient, the functions of the system can meet the need of the system target.
