The Design And Implementation Of Financial Administrative Approval Management System Based On Workflow

Because our country government department received region,the influence of the financial and management concepts,adopt different management methods,although the system work under the rules of the unity of the country,but its working effect are significantly different,especially some financial examination and approval administration departments at the grass-roots level,information management program is not enough for the job,the relevant examination and approval work smoothly.Based on workflow is proposed in this paper a design scheme of financial management system of administrative examination and approval,according to the scheme,using Java language implements a Web architecture of system development,the system includes the main business of financial administrative examination and approval work,can achieve the budget,income and expenditure,examination and approval and other major business information operations,and can undertake business process query and regulation,can be a remote database via a Web based information management and maintenance,aimed at resolving the current problems existing in the financial management of administrative examination and approval and the insufficiency.This paper,taking a grass-roots Shenyang department of financial management as the foundation,analysis of the current fiscal administrative examination and approval work of the business process,from the perspective of the user,based on Java Web framework of MVC application,the development and implementation of the overall system development work for Activiti workflow engine,implement fiscal budget,fiscal expenditure,fiscal revenue and fiscal for examination and approval ofbusiness informationization,the realization of the function of the routing,work mainly includes the following contents:(1)design based on workflow engine Activiti financial administrative examination and approval of business process implementation scheme,through the Java Web technology for application development plan design,build a system framework based on MVC framework,complete the financial management of administrative examination and approval of business analysis and requirements definition,and the system of examining and approving the business data model analysis and storage design,USES the Oracle database management platform to complete the related data storage operation.(2)based on Java language and Activiti workflow engine technology,completed the system core function module design and implementation,mainly including the budget management,financial expenditure management,revenue management,financial management,business process management of examination and approval of six business functions and basic information management module program development and implementation,completed the detailed design of functional module and the MVC framework Web application code.Finally has carried on the system test and analysis,the results show that: in this paper,the development of the financial management of administrative examination and approval system to implement the budget management,financial expenditure management,revenue management,financial management,business process management of examination and approval as well as the basic business functions such as information management informationization operation,can realize remote business operation based on Web and database management,in line with the current financial management of administrative examination and approval of business requirements,can to a certain extent,solve the problems existing in the current job,system development is in line with demand,has practical application value.
