| With the development of information technology，administrative approvalsystem(AAS) is being widely applied by more and more local governments. Andworkflow technology is being used as core technology in approval systemdevelopment after it appeared. It improves approval systems performance a lot.However, a big problem was discovered by using AAS. It is that so many AASapplications have similar functions. They are reduplicated time and time again.The problem makes huge waste of social resources. SaaS mode emerge as thetimes require. It was found to be a good solution to resolve this problem. Thus, itis meaningful to do the research on AAS based on SaaS mode.This paper proposes a perfect integration by applying the running strategy ofjBPM workflow under the SaaS mode, and designs a running architecture andexecution strategy of workflow. Our research makes multi workflow enginesservice for multi users in SaaS environment, then introduces the componentwhich called Workflow Control Center and dispatch strategy of tasks. Based onthese strategies, the whole running process of the workflow is designed. Theprocess starts from the configuration of workflow system definition file, goingthrough the loading and deploy progress and other processes, and finally arrivingthe end of the progress. They are all been designed to multi-tenants, which makesjBPM with configurable and scalable attributes.After the design of running architecture that make jBPM run under SaaSmode, this paper introduces the development of a sample AAS according to thestandard process of software development. It goes through demand analysis，system design, system implementation, test, and eventually complete the system.This system is based on B/S architect and uses many famous Java EEtechnologies.This system can be used in multi-tenants mode to build administrativedepartments, issue approval items, apply approval items and make approvaldecisions by department staff. The test results prove the design can solve mostproblems related to AAS. For the first time, it provides a good precedent of theintegration of SaaS mode and workflow technology, which can be applied to AAS more effectively. |
