At present,with the rapid increase of data information and the continuous development of information technology,the relevant departments of statistical bureau are facing more and more data information.In order to improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval of Statistical Bureau and promote the implementation of e-government,this thesis designs a set of administrative examination and approval management system which meets the needs of statistical bureau.This thesis first makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the administrative examination and approval management system studied at home and abroad,and then summarizes and describes the relevant problems existing in the current administrative examination and approval work of the Statistical Bureau.The design of the administrative approval management system of the statistical bureau is mainly based on the user's operating habits of the existing software platform.NET is adopted as the research and development platform of the system.At the same time,the technology of.NET WCF is used to support the technical level of the workflow,and the main process of handling the administrative approval items and accepting them in the statistical bureau is carried out.A data center is designed for WCF(Full Name is Windows Communication Foundation)service and integrated with Biztalk technology.The data exchange and data transmission between each functional module in the administrative approval management system of the Statistical Bureau are realized.Using SQL Server 2016 database technology to complete the data information storage of the whole system.The system takes the main administrative approval related users of the Statistical Bureau as the center,and designs the overall structure and main functional modules of the system,so as to ensure the integrity and comprehensiveness of the whole system.At the same time,according to the special requirements of the administrative examination and approval work in the statistical bureau,the whole system is divided into four basic user roles:office staff,Department leaders,supervisors and system administrators.Based on the analysis of user roles,the system is divided into office business management module,supervision management module and approval management module.Five basic functions are module,statistical analysis management module and system management module.In the detailed design process of the system,workflow technology is used to complete the basic work of the administrative approval management of the Statistical Bureau,which realizes the automation of the administrative approval process,improves the efficiency of the administrative approval process in the Statistical Bureau,and solves the problem that there is no effective coordination in the process of administrative approval on the Internet.Main issues in business processes of various items.
