The college and university campus social networking has been developed foralmost ten years. The recent development of public social networking can basicallyfulfill the demands of communication among people in the daily social life. In spite ofthat, there is still exist lack of connection with the study, work and culture life forcollege and university students. The main purpose of this practical strategy research willcombine the social networking, college and university resources with enterprises, whichwill combine the advantages from the resources of social networking and campus. Inthis way, the network platform will be created for college and university study with theemployment in enterprises.This study will be applying the quantitative research and qualitative researchmethods. In the first part, the social networking, employment service system and theproblems exist in the internet recruitment will be analyzed. In the second part, theunderstanding, demands and contribute suggestions from people in different industriesto the social networking platform will be investigated by using survey questionnairesand interviews. At last, a design plan of the function of social networking platform forthe employment strategy will be proposed by analyzing the prior situation and resultfrom this research. The innovation of this social networking design is to provideteaching, researching, culture life and employment information in one platform. It willnot only provides convince to college and university students in the studies andemployments, but also offers an effective supplementary to the recruitment servicesystem.
