College Students Employment Information Platform Based On J2ee Design And Implementation

As a new media,the internet has provided a new model for graduates employment management. The implementation of online jobs for graduates is a rewarding and complex system which needs concern and attention of the whole society. To promote the employment work of college students by the use of network information is of unparalleled advantage. Releasing job information on employment networks provides more time to screen resumes and a broader range of talent recruitment. The meanings of the development of college students'employment information platform are to provide conveniences for students and recruiters and also increase the employment rate of the school.The main tasks of J2EE-based college students'employment information platform are releasing employment information timely, providing career guidance, and managing graduates'information. Based on the background of People's Police College, this paper made a research on college students'employment information platform, according to survey results, the paper made a requirement analysis of the system, which includes system overview, system feasibility analysis, requirement analysis of function modules, case analysis of the system, flow analysis of the system, data model analysis. The requirement analysis of function modules mainly analyzes functions of users'login, graduates'information management, enterprises'information management, recruitments'information management, employment information management and employment guidance information management in detail. According to the system requirement analysis, the paper further explained the content of system design, which mainly includes process design of each module, database design. Based on the design, this paper describes partial implementation of the system, including the implementation of graduates'login, recruitment information management, basic data management, enterprise information, graduates'information management, database connection, the paging display. Finally, a summary of the system and its prospect are put forward at the end of the paper.College Students'Employment Information website is a typical employment service platform, the system uses the MVC framework for development. The foreground program development tool is Eclipse, while the background database uses SQL Server 2005 database. The operation results show that this system improves the efficiency of recruitment and interviews, and ultimately meet the needs of students and businesses.
