Based On The Flex Sichuan Electromechanical College Recruit Students Employment Management System Design And Implementation

With the incessant development and progress of the education cause of SichuanElectromechanical Institute of Vocation and Technology (hereinafter referred to as theInstitute)，the staff training task of Panzhihua Steel Group that the Institute undertakesincreases, meanwhile the informatization workload of students’ recruitment andemployment of the Institute is also increasing. At the same time, in view of thecontinuous popularization and development of computer information and networktechnology, the transmission rate, reliability, convenience and coverage of networkhave been improved constantly. So how to make full use of these computers andnetwork resources so that the traditional students’ recruitment and employment canbetter adapt the development of network era, and combine it with existing academicmanagement system are the new challenges the Institute is confronted with.In higher education institutions, the informatization of college recruitment andemployment management, as an effective application of software engineering inroutine administration, covers every aspect of the students’ recruitment andemployment, increases the level of information sharing and transparency, and allowsfor the convenience of management and the consistence and permanency of data. It canalso effectively save the labor cost and raise the efficiency of communication andmanagement of students’ recruitment and employment, thus enhances the overallinformatization level and management level of the Institute.Adobe Flex, a framework developed rapidly, offers us a possibility to create RichInternet Applications (RIA) in a rapid and convenient way. Adobe Flex not onlyprovides us with valid development tools but also puts forward complete scheme ofapplication and solutions, through which we can easily deploy Flex program in variousproductions and operational environments of cross-multiple OSs and multiple browsers,thus creating the operational consistence in multiple platforms. And the Adobe AMFprotocol is the proprietary binary data communication protocol of Adobe company,featured by high data compression ratio, support of rapid serialization and deserialization of objects and support of mapping local objects and custom objects,thereby brings great convenience for data encapsulation.This project is designed tointegrate the said advantages of Flex and AMF with Apache (PHP) and MySQL, applythe guiding principle of software engineering, and create a kind of students’recruitment and employment management system with friendly user experience andcomplete functionality.
