With advances in technology, many large and small companies need to sign a contract. If the number of contracts is relatively small, the traditional contract management also able to cope with, but if your company has a large number of contracts, relying solely on labor contract management has been unable to meet. When an increase in the number of contracts, the difficulty of manual processing will rise exponentially, even importing a lot of manpower and financial resources cannot be a better remedy forthe difficulties caused by the increase of data. Thus, it is not only time-consuming butalso a waste of money. How to properly adjust to the contract and the implementationof real-time monitoring are big problems for the contract. It turns out that the manualmode has been not suited to the development of the times, in order to better adapt to the times and will not be eliminated by the situation, we need to expand our horizons, and so developing and designing contract management system is the trend.Contract management information system, on one hand, it can make the relevantstaff to enhance the efficiency, and exchanging information between the various departments has also been a corresponding improvement, and also enhances internal management. On the other hand, the use of contract management system can reduce the workload of managers so as to have more time for other important tasks, not only reducing the demand for manpower from the side, but also reducing the burden on businesses, reducing costs.Through the survey of our existing enterprise contract management information system, for the actual situation of enterprises, giving full consideration to B/S mode has more advantages than C/S mode, we design contract management information system based on B/S structure. When established contract management system, in orderto ensure the system’s life cycle we need to use database technology and computer network technology. The system uses visual studio2005as a development tool, background database system for SQL Server2005, J2EE technology for system development. When the design is complete, the client can install the browser in fine operating system WINDOWS, LINUX, such as360, IE and other access to the website. We divide our system functions into seven functional modules: a contract statistical information, employee information maintenance, customer information maintenance, project information maintenance, contract execution control, contract information, statistics and personal password changes. We can carry out operations on the statistical information in accordance with the contract customer name, project name or the current state. The employee information maintenance module, you can follow the user number, user name, phone and user type to modify or delete users. Customer information maintenance module can use customer number, company name, contact person and telephone number to modify or delete customer. In the project information maintenance, you can follow the project number, project name, the nature of the person, in chargeof the project and the amount to modify or delete the project. In the contract execution control module, according to the contract number, customer name, project name, start date, end date, the amount of the contract as well as state to control the contract. Contract information statistics are mainly on statistical information related to the contract system which includes statistical information to view the contract, withdraw from the contract information statistics. Personal password change is mainly responsible for the system password for the user to make changes, including customers, employees and administrators. Finally, we use the black box testing method to test the contract management information systems.
