It is of great significance to discuss the informatization management work of coal marketing due to the quality of coal marketing relating to the whole coal enterprise whether succeed or failed, thus it is very significant to discuss the work. With the development of market, enterprise also developed intensively. To enterprise, it is inevitable that the product must be heterogeneously and largely. In the same way, the enterprise signed the contract very much, so it is very difficult to deal with these contracts manually and make the mistake very easily. Considering these questions, this paper put forward the design of information management system for sales contract of coals, it can be used in the coal management of sale and stock and also improves the productivity of labor economic benefit, decreases the labor intensity.In this system, background and significance of this project, the homogeneous project in home and outsides, management of company, responsibilities of various departments and workflow of system are introduced. Through the actuality analysis of sales and management, the existing problem is pointed out, modular design of developing purpose, principle of system design, subsystem partitioning method, function of subsystem, data base design, contract management, production management, inventory management, marketing management, payment management and consultative, statistical system are put forward. Login module, main procedure interface module, contract added module and admission query module are recount in detail.The software development of this system is designed according to the software engineering, the former is using Visual Basic as interface, and the latter is using the SQL Server as database. |
