| With the continuous development of information technology the Court applied the pace of scientific and technological arm of the trial getting closer. The development of digital information technology to promote the trial court an important factor in the reform and development, digital court system precisely in order to change the traditional court model, convenient for the judge's court proceedings to provide the best information on support generated.This thesis studies the digital court system is based on the Struts framework for implementation. This system has realized the original course of the trial the accused, witnesses, judges, etc. network of real-time editing video and live audio-visual materials to meet the court filing, remote observation and leadership needs of online monitoring system through the network transmission, video storage and other technical means, breakthrough time and space constraints, making the authorization of any person, through real-time network or if they watch the trial process.Thesis first Struts and J2EE made a brief introduction on the Struts framework model were analyzed, an analysis of its advantages of MVC design pattern and describes the technical characteristics of J2EE, for the above problems provides a theoretical basis. Second, the court elaborated on the digital businesses, and extract out the business requirements, describes the system functionality and digital layout of the court, while performance of the system set forth requirements.Again, in-depth study of digital court system platform architecture to J2EE technology framework based on MVC pattern is proposed based on the number of courts platform software architecture.
