Design And Development Of Case Information Management System For People's Court

With the rapid development of the MIS(Management Information System)technology,it is an opportunity for the people's court to make the cases' Management quickly and efficiently.The application of MIS technology will gradually realize the information management system of the people's court case in the management of daily affairs of the people's court,it has become an important object to the national wide attention by the department of justice,it can improve the efficiency of people's court case management,and can play unique advantages in each crucial field.And at the same time,efficient data achieved benefit for resources sharing,facilitate the court daily work and real-time data gathering.Realize the courts convenient communication between different departments.Thus further enhances the working efficiency of the court,solve the people's growing demand justice backward contradictions with the court business efficiency.This system based on C/S architecture,and uses the MVC design pattern in development.The development IDE My Eclipse is used as development tool,SQL Server is the database software.At the beginning of the system design,visit local intermediate people's court and district court to field survey,based on the basic principle of modern software engineering idea,analyze the demand of the detailed system.At the beginning use UML modeling of the whole system,and then based on the modeling of result,design the concept of the model and logical module of database.System main function module includes system maintenance module,file management module,case scheduling module,case filing module,case management module,query and statistics module,the complaint reporting module.System uses Java programming language,to realize the function module,basically satisfy with the people's court case management information system requirement.Before the formal deployment of system,using the usual software testing method to integrate interface,function and performance,revise design errors found in the testing process,to ensure the final system is function,reliable,easy to use,meets the requirements of the user on maintainability and portability.
