With the rapid development of storage technology and aerospace technology,requirements of safety and reliability, flexibility and accuracy of airborne storage system areincreasingly high. It is the characteristics harsh airborne flight environment, parameter varietyand large volume of data calculation that make high reliability, low power consumption andhigh real time storage system become a key issue in the current research. Storage system mustsatisfy the requirements of airborne flight environment, and store data accurately in the flighttest for later read-back data processing and analysis. This paper designs split type modulardata storage system which adopts a modular and flexible design idea.The subject regards data storage system as the research object and designs split typemodular data storage system combining with current research, storage technology andairborne flight environment requirements. Put forward overall system design, use plug-inmodular design structure, data receiving module and storage module of each channel aredesigned separately, interface module is controlled by the storage module to start work, thesubstrate coordinates the channel function modules as a co-ordinate control unit, each moduleis independent of each other, and use electrical isolation to prevent mutual interference. Thesystem sends PC command or1553B command through the substrate to check the connectionstatus, chooses Flash as the storage medium, designs double backup storage mode, makes surethe accuracy and reliability of data.1553B bus data flow control each channel to start or stopin the real-time flight, realizing low power design idea.Feasibility and practicability of the system are proven by ground test bench. After theflight mission, reading instruction is sent by the host computer, you can choose to read theoriginal data or backup data for analysis and processing.
