Along with the development of flexible automatic production line and the controltechnology, voice coil vibration membrane also gradually from the original state ofsemi-automatic production line into a fully automatic production line.The traditional voicecoil diaphragm production line need artificial participation to complete aluminium platescutting, dropping, diaphragm plates take put such as operation, lead to low productionefficiency, material waste is serious.Especially the diaphragm feeding station, it is the earlystage of the whole production lines and the key of a process. At present in domesticdiaphragm,slow speed,delivery accuracy severe waste of diaphragm etc are the main issueson the workstation.For this phenomenon, this subject designs a scheme about the voice coildiaphragm feeding machine in automatic production lines.The scheme adopted the currentindustrial commonly used control technology (PLC),radio frequency identification(RFID),EIP network communication technology.The diaphragm feeder control system in this topic mainly includes three parts: motioncontrol unit, RFID communication unit, EIP network communication unit.This article choosesthe omron NJ series programmable controller as the equipment control system, the controllerconfigurate the EtherCAT motion control unit and the realization of the convenient andeffective control of the servo and electric cylinder.Standard DeviceNet communications unit,convenient for RFID technology to join.In the information interaction between upstream anddownstream equipment, equipment and touch screen is the EIP agreement informationinteraction between the communication mode.Therefore, from the view point of installationand debugging, we can get more convenient maintenance.This paper presents the overall design of the diaphragm feeder control system, includingthe design of the hardware circuit diagram, the realization of the control program, the design of man-machine interface and the RFID system.From design to installation and debuggingfinally completed the equipment control system research and development work. Itimplements the diaphragm on the machine automatically launch technology of high precisionand high tempo.
