ABS is a security part of the commercial car, in the course of driving happenedunder the condition of the emergency brake. It can restrict the wheels and the sliding rateof the road surface and prevent locking the wheel effectively, and ensure that thecommercial car owns good brake, and reduce the accident rate, so it is very important forthe commercial car to own the quality and reliable performance of ABS in driving. But itis an important index to test the stand or fall of the sealing for the air pressure regulator tobrake in commercial vehicle.The first chapter summarized the current research at home and abroad of the leaktest, through the analysis and comparison on the various tightness test method, the systemchose the differential pressure sensor owning good economy, high precision and highreliability to test the signal sources. In addition, the chapter cleared the main purpose ofthe paper.The second chapter firstly introduced the internal structure of the regulator,andretained that the human eye can observe through the analysis for the bubble method. Thischapter analysed the test system of the air tightness differential pressure and establishedthe mathematical model. The paper based on the minimum leakage rate and used theMatlab/Simulink software to simulate and analysis for the method of the differentialpressure type to leak detection. The paper clearly understood that the parametersinfluence pressure, differential pressure and temperature through the simulation. Finally,the paper drew the formula of the leakage for the differential pressure type to leakdetection through the formula deducted, and make Sure the plan of the differentialpressure testThe third chapter introduced the design of hardware system. The hardware systemmainly used industrial computer for the upper machine, and used ECU for the nextmachine to realize the clamping of brake pressure regulator and automatic testing oftightness. This chapter mainly introduced the mechanical structure design, circuit design,gas road design, and the selection of the important component of the system in order toimprove the detection capability and reduce errors.The fourth chapter introduced the design of the software system, and mainlycontained three parts. The first part mainly realized internal software development of ECU, and use assembly language and the C programming language to program a suitableapplication for this test system.The second part used the upper machine to program theman-machine interface, the interface from the LabVIEW software to program out candisplay parameters testing, test results, etc. The third part used the S7-200PLC softwareto program, and made the ladder-diagram programmed control all power parts effectively.The fifth chapter system of debugging and the analysis of experimental results, thechapter used bubbling method to begin a large number of tests to estimate leakage of thecontainers measured rate, and then compared the system of the test results with therelative ratio, and the preliminary analysis and discussion. Through the commissioningand large number of experiments, the subject designed the system that met the expecteddesign goal, and check the correctness of the system, and the system owned highaccuracy, good stability and good human-machine interface, etc.The sixth chapter summarized the work of the paper, and looked into the distance forthe direction of the improvement.
