In the field of industrial control, self-feeder is a normal control object. According to the concrete security requirements of the self-feeder of military project, this paper describes the design of system by high programmable computer controller(PCC),and the study on control algorithm.Based on the basic structure of self-feeder, the system design and system selection have been finished according to the technics requirement. Display interfaces of system have been designed through "KINGVIEW". General algorithm and PID algorithm are recounted. The result of operation is given. Aiming at the lack of the traditional control, combining to the contemporary fuzzy control theory, the parameters of fuzzy controller and fuzzy logic are explained. The design of fuzzy control system has been finished adopting fuzzy PID algorithm, and applied to operational system.Fuzzy PID algorithm is accurate and feasible based on testing results. A quantity of real data has an important reference value for further improve control algorithm of self-feeder and control precision.
