This paper is based on the basis of SAP system, through introducing the advanced management thought and method, improve be related to equipment maintenance of the basic data information, to optimize and improve the equipment planned repair process, to build the fault repair history record library, the maximum to avoid the phenomenon of excess or lack of maintenance, through the analysis of many aspects of demand, the system is divided into information management systems, personnel information management, equipment information management, equipment maintenance management, statistical analysis and management, data maintenance and management of six functional modules.The system is based on B/S three-tier framework, under the guidance of the idea of software engineering, make the system analyzes requirements, detailed analysis, database design and implementation, system implementation and testing, to realize and regulates the management of enterprise equipment maintenance finally.
