The condition-based maintenance is based on the actual working conditions of maintenance, and by the use of the means of equipment condition monitoring technology to finish various measurements, detection, analysis and get the assessment of the equipment running status,so that we can grasp the operational status of equipment and provide the basis data for performance evaluation to judgment the severity or the trends about Fault location and to Determine the best time to overhaul. This thesis systematically discusses the theory and technology of the photovoltaic equipment maintenance auxiliary system which combined with lots of historical data, experience, and designs different methods of data analysis and fault diagnosis technology: designs a data acquisition module and a data preprocessing module for the Laminated subsystem pump performance analysis module, uses the method of Signal processing and feature extraction to Complete the data analysis and performance evaluation, uses the methods of decision tree to analysis the performance of Laminated silicone skin; uses association algorithm to analysis the contact of the the phenomenon of each fault in the Light welding system;uses the method of trend analysis which is belong to time series algorithm to predict the trends of exposure lamp performance. The main feature of the thesis is designing a photovoltaic equipment maintenance auxiliary system to help analysising and evaluating the equipment operating conditions for maintenance management personnel getting Scientific and reasonable maintenance decisions. The photovoltaic equipment maintenance auxiliary system now is in the trial operation and could meet the needs for Photovoltaic companys.
