Improvement Research On The Operation And Maintenance Of The Cixi Security Project

Cixi Security Project is a powerful dynamic monitoring system for public security which is aim to crack down on the crime of the road and to maintain the social order. To ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the later stages of the project, it’s necessary to improve the current maintenance management system. In this paper, firstly, we briefly introduce the Cixi Security Project and the status quo of its overall maintenance management, and then analyze the main problems in the maintenance management. To deal with these problems, we proposed the corresponding solutions based on maintenance management theory and established a comprehensive and practical maintenance management system. At last, we put forward a number of safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of reforms.Currently, there are three main problems in the project’s operation and maintenance. The first problem is about the project’s system and team building, and another one is that the equipment maintenance is lag both in management ideas and technology. The last but not least is the lack of effective staff appraisal system for maintenance department. In response to these issues, this article raises some concrete reform plans.(1) Improvements of institutional construction, which includes operation and maintenance system, repair system, warehouse system, and improvements of team building, which are the adjustment of the organizational structure, the optimizing of the maintenance group’s workflow and a clear division of responsibilities.(2) Improvements of equipment repair management, including establishing operation and maintenance management standard, setting out a routine inspection and routine maintenance management rules, building specifications of equipment scrubbing, and make the quality responsibility system informed and clear.(3) The improvement of performance appraisal system includes setting detailed and feasible assessment standards, the implementation of KPI performance management and a360-degree assessment and so on. Finally, against these reform programs, this paper puts forward some safeguard measures, to ensure the smooth implementation of maintenance management system improvements. Among them, the main measures is drawing up contingency scheme.Through the study of the subject, we improved the maintenance system of the Cixi Security Project to enhance its reliability and stability. What’s more, it is with certain reference value for my work in the future, as well as the maintenance management of similar projects.
