The Design And Implementation Of Garden Maintenance Plan Management System For Dongli District

Landscape maintenance pricing is an important part of landscaping greening engineering, with the development of the landscape industry, landscape maintenance pricing is changing from manual basis in the past to computerization. The number of workload of traditional heavy calculation and order query is often huge, but the promotion and use of computer have fundamentally changed this situation, thus the landscape maintenance pricing becomes more refined, more accurate and faster. The existing landscape budget software have more or less limitations, in consideration of characteristics of landscape pricing, that is to say that bigger scope of material elements and frequent price changes of nursery stock, this paper designed and implemented the landscape maintenance pricing management system in Dongli District.This paper firstly introduced the background of the development of the system, and divided the system into six demand modules on the basis of demand research:project management, budget book editing, labor, material and machine management, charge computing, report output, and data maintenance. And we used UML use case analysis to analyze functional requirements of the system, describing function case; and we introduced the technical architecture of the system, and designed the framework of the system by SSH technology based on WEB; we design function structure according to functional requirements of the system, and used class diagram and dynamic timing diagram of UML static model structure to make detailed design of system function; we used E_R diagram to describe the system data model, introduced part of database table structure design of the system; we showed part of functions and codes, and described the implementation process of the system by activity diagram, finally we took engineering project management, labor, material and machine management and data maintenance for example to describe the system test, and made a summary of this paper.The system used B/S architecture and SSH framework, used SQL Server2005as the database server, implementing functions including project management, budget book editing, labor, material and machine management, charge computing, report output, and data maintenance and others. On the basis of project management, we implemented functions including the creation of the project, changing the project file, checking the needed project, deleting useless project file, encryption and entry of the information on the project; budget book editing implemented function including entering, selecting, adding and adjusting maintenance quota, and calculation of nursery stock’s pricing and quantities; labor, material and machine management implemented tabulate statistics and unit price changes of labor, material and machine; charge computing implemented charging table selection, importing cost templates and equation editor; report output implemented the design of report templates and printout of various reports; data maintenance implemented entry and maintenance of labor, material, machine and nursery stock and other information.The landscape maintenance pricing management system in Dongli District made standardized management and reasonable pricing of landscape maintenance projects and provided technical support for the landscape maintenance pricing management.
