With the development of industry and the proposal of Industry 4.0,enterprises are paying more and more attention to the maintenance management of production equipment.A good equipment maintenance system can greatly reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and improve the production efficiency of equipment.However,at present,most of the equipment maintenance system's strategy knowledge is difficult to reuse,the degree of information sharing is low,and the equipment maintenance is not intelligent.In response to the above problems,this article introduces the semantic web technology into the field of industrial production equipment maintenance,using ontology editing tools,Resource Description Framework(RDF)graph model,graphical database interface,semantic query,and rule reasoning to implement domain knowledge ontology construction and device information respectively Semantic description,equipment knowledge base management,equipment information semantic query,equipment maintenance warning and predictive maintenance strategy are provided.The main research work of this article includes the following:1.Aiming at the problem of the large amount of industrial production equipment information and the low degree of sharing,a semantic description method of equipment information based on RDF graph model is proposed,and the ontology is used to semantically expand the equipment information.Use the ontology editing tool to construct the domain-related equipment ontology model,and then describe the equipment information,maintenance personnel and other information in a standardized manner,and combine the static and dynamic information related to various equipment maintenance to achieve the machine's understandable purpose.Subsequent knowledge reasoning is the foundation.2.Aiming at the problem that equipment maintenance knowledge is difficult to reuse,expand equipment-related maintenance information into the ontology knowledge base to form a systematic management of maintenance knowledge,making it easy to reuse.You can also expand,delete,and update equipment maintenance knowledge through the corresponding interface.3.Aiming at the problem that the equipment maintenance system is not highly intelligent,rule reasoning is used to reason about the maintenance needs of the equipmentto generate equipment maintenance warning messages and predictive maintenance strategies.RDF Prolog and Lisp language are used to describe the rules of equipment maintenance information,generate corresponding inference rules,and then use the inference engine to perform rule inference to realize the status query and maintenance warning of production equipment,and provide predictive maintenance strategies for the equipment according to the corresponding warning messages.To assist maintenance personnel in making equipment maintenance decisions.4.Build a test system for predictive maintenance strategy of industrial production equipment based on semantics,test each designed functional module through the system,and analyze the test results.Through testing and analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: The designed functional modules have achieved the expected results,and the related technologies involved have also been effectively verified.
