Management System Of Antenna Production Based On MES

Manufacturing Execution System is a key technology to connect the ERP and workshop management. It achieves real-time acquisition of the production process for the managing staff, realizes the transparency of manufacturing process, ensures product quality guarantee such as recall, retracing issues, etc. MES system therefore has obtained attention and recognition from manufacturing enterprises, and has been applied to the key process of informationization development.From the development trend of modern manufacturing enterprises, a batch of MES software products and solutions have been developed, and there has been the emergence of a number of industrial enterprise management application software with MES as the core. Meanwhile, the focus of information technology application in enterprise has already shifted from ERP to MES. Thus, the study and analysis of manufacturing execution system (MES) theory and technology can help to predict the trend of MES technology and application, and in turn can promote the implementation of the MES system by enterprises as soon as possible, to further enhance their competitiveness in the industry.In the light of this company’s requirement, with comprehensive use of computer software and hardware technology, the article aims to research and design a set of MES system with high reliability and facility to conform to the enterprise production and management standard. The system aims to solve the production process transparency and traceability, and at the same time offers technology and solution in data collection and product quality control. Based on outsourcing of standard MES system, following the principle of extendibility and implementation step by step, the thesis aims to carry out second development and deployment in order to meet the new requirements that enterprise development brings, designed and realized management system of antenna production based on MES. This system so as to make possible the enterprise informatization and automation of the production in the shortest time.
