Nowadays, as the economic globalization and enterprise informatization rapidprogress, more and more companies are beginning to the management of theenterprise with the transformation of informatization. With the emergence offoreign ERP thought, and the implementation of ERP software and ERP system,more and more domestic related ERP softwares come out. And The domesticenterprises happen to coincide choice of informatization, and also they have tochoose information. In an increasingly competitive market conditions, it isinformation that the most effective and fastest approach which improve theeconomic benefit and the production efficiency and reduce production costs forenterprises.The enterprise information, though developing rapidly, in the moldindustry,the particularity of its production, made the production management verybig problem.In mold industry whose mode of production is single production, theproduction process which has many uncertain factors, increased the difficulty of themanagement. Combined with the status and reality of a domestic die of theproduction of the enterprise management and the analysis of the mode of domesticand foreign production management, we proposes to the mold enterprise meticulousproduction management mode, and expounds the advantages of this model, basedon which we established meticulous production management system of the systemframe model.According to the model of the system established, combined with theenterprise needs, we establish the database system of meticulous productionmanagement system of mold enterprise, and then in the system framework modeland database system established, on the basis of C/S architecture, Net platform thedatabase application system done.The database application system developed based on the above technology,mainly accomplishes the management of the whole process of the mold productionthat contains design management,process management,production management andassembly management,which we called mould process tracking management,enterprise’s document and picture management, point-position controllingmanagement of process which function refines technological process of drawing, soas to make mould enterprise production management not only realize informatization, but also realize meticulous production management of thecompany. Based on black box theory in the software testing we carry out a test andrunning to each module of the system, and verify the feasibility of the system.
